MiyaAI provides an AI-powered document management interface utilizing Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini). Important AI Disclaimer: Artificial Intelligence is probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or 'hallucinated' information. While we use Google's models to minimize errors, MiyaAI does not guarantee 100% accuracy. Summaries of insurance policies provided by the AI are for convenience only and do not replace the actual legal contract of your insurance policy. You verify all critical information before taking action.

MiyaAI is exclusively a technology provider and not an insurance carrier, broker, or financial advisor. In the UK and EU, the Service is operated by TECH ENGINES S.R.L. solely as a software interface. We do not underwrite risks, issue policies, or provide personal insurance recommendations. Any connection to third-party professionals ('Verified Pros') is for informational purposes only. 'Verified' refers solely to a check of the professional's regulatory registration status at the time of onboarding, not an endorsement of their service quality or solvency. We accept no liability for advice or services rendered by third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant MiyaAI a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., extracting data, generating summaries). We do not use your data to train public AI models.

Our service integrates the Google Gemini API via a Paid agreement. By using MiyaAI, you acknowledge that data processing for AI generation involves transmission to Google Cloud Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy and Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

Basic usage is free as described in our FAQ. Premium features (Expanded Storage, Business Dossiers) are billed on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled in accordance with UK Consumer Rights laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECH ENGINES S.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the AI service, including but not limited to misinterpretation of insurance coverage based on AI analysis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you may also rely on mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
